We used Nik to sell our condo in the Sarsons area, he did a really good job marketing the condo as it was vacant. Seeing we were out of town sellers Nik was a huge help when we had to attend to certain things within the condo. We had all the trust in Nik with any item that came up. He would take ownership and attend to our condo as if it were his own. He was also able to sell our condo in a tougher real estate market.
